At Holy Zeal, each piece is thoughtfully made to order, crafted specifically for you. Even after choosing a size you will be emailed and asked your personal measurements to ensure your garment is perfect. Because of this personalised process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order items.
Alterations:
We want you to love your item and wear it with confidence. If your garment doesn't fit quite right, we offer complimentary minor alterations within 14 days of receiving your order. Emails to respond and clarify will be straight from the Designer and seamstress.
Cancellations:
Orders may be Cancelled within 24 hours after placement. But not after 'Respond and clarify' email, as production begins. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are here to help with any questions you may have before or after your order.

Linen Care:
Cool handwash or gentle machine wash. Wash colours separately, do not twist or wring. Tumble dry on a cool setting or dry in shade to avoid fading. Use a warm/hot iron on linen setting. Drycleanable.
